Listening to another of my week-long teachings at Ratna Ling, I found comments I made which you may find useful about spiritual development and emotional anxiety. So here is an excerpt followed by a silent transmission intended to calm your brain stem. (Remember that our brain stem is the location of our fight/flight reaction.)
