We offer teaching and healing gifts

Helping Heal the Earth is a non-profit website offering teachings, recordings, and reflections on the natural world as a sacred space, and as an opportunity for mystery, reverence, and communion with the divine.

The site includes material on nervous system regulation, calm, and inner stillness through the Healing Gifts section, blog writings, and archival recordings.

Across these materials, the work explores spiritual teaching, meditation, consciousness, and the relationship between inner experience and the natural world, offering a quiet invitation toward greater presence and understanding.

Paul Goodberg

Paul Goodberg, 1942–

Paul Goodberg is a traditional healer, mystic and teacher whose work is rooted in a lifetime of spiritual practice and service.

His teaching is experiential rather than theoretical. Through the natural world, the invisible world, healing, sacred places and acts of service, he invites us into a direct relationship with what he calls the sacred.

His books and the teachings preserved on this website developed alongside one another. Together they document a body of work concerned with mystical awareness, healing, reciprocity with the natural world and service to others and to the Earth.

A Silent Transmission

Join me in this evocation of sacred presence from the healing tradition of St. Paul the Hermit. This silent transmission was recorded at a retreat in 2014.
