Healing Gifts: Brain Stem Healing Meditation

Forty years ago, I began experimenting with my brain. My goal was to sense its physical presence and relax it when it was excited into a flight/fight mode. Eventually, I came to be able to experience my brain stem and relax it with a type of meditation. Anxiety and Spiritual Growth

Listening to another of my week-long teachings at Ratna Ling, I found comments I made which you may find useful about spiritual development and emotional anxiety. So here is an excerpt followed by a silent transmission intended to calm your brain stem. (Remember that our brain stem is the location of our fight/flight reaction.) This particular transmission is my current favorite of the many I have recorded for the Healing Gifts section of this website.
