Helping Heal the Earth is a non-profit website offering teachings, recordings, and reflections on the natural world as a sacred space, and as an opportunity for mystery, reverence, and communion with the divine.

The site includes material on nervous system regulation, calm, and inner stillness through the Healing Gifts section, blog writings, and archival recordings.

Across these materials, the work explores spiritual teaching, meditation, consciousness, and the relationship between inner experience and the natural world, offering a quiet invitation toward greater presence and understanding.

In the last nine or ten months I have been paying attention to updating this website. First, I recorded a new welcoming page, then Earth Healings and Icon and Relics pages. I added two new recordings to the Healing Gifts page and now I am focused on two new entries: The Invisible World Teaching and The Old Grove Teaching. Lately, I have been adding an entry or two every week.

All this activity is more of my attempt to express the immediacy and intimacy of the unspeakable and the unspoken. Mostly, what I want you to know is that the “Invisible World” and “Old Grove” teachings are meant to be used together and that together they are a complete teaching about the mysteries of the sacred. I continue to speak only from my direct experience, and I continue to try to get underneath my cultural baggage.
